Resale or other distribution of products is prohibited.

Unused product in original packaging will be sold back to SMMI for price paid.

Violation of Terms of Sale will result in deactivation of account.

Products are individually marked and traceable to our Confirmation Order.

If found other than above, Customer is liable for costs and expenses of locating and reacquiring products, including shipping, plus any other damages resulting from or caused by Customers violation of Terms of Sale, including reasonable attorneys fees.

Order Minimums:
There are no order minimums except for those required by ANNIEGLASS as described below:

ANNIEGLASS: Minimum opening order is $750 and minimum subsequent
order is $100.

Return Policy:
If a customer would like to return an item, please contact us at: order@smmi-sales.com within one week of receipt for a Return Authorization.

1. If the customer wants a return because they do not like the item, changed their mind, ordered the wrong items, etc. SMMI arranges for an RA to be issued from the vendor, and the customer is charged the original outbound shipping and pays for the return freight. Restocking fees of 15% may apply.
   
2. If the wrong item is shipped or if the vendor has otherwise made a mistake, SMMI arranges for a Call Tag to be issued by the vendor, and the vendor pays for the return shipping. If applicable, vendor pays for shipping of the replacement item. No restocking fee applies.
   

Decoration, Custom Design and Engraving:
Annieglass:
Your custom design can be silkscreened on most stock items when you provide us with camera ready art work. Annieglass only silkscreens in gold or platinum and does not combine the two colors together. The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per SKU. The cost to silkscreen is an additional $7.00 per item plus a $125 set up fee. An additional two weeks is required for silkscreening.

Your personal message can be engraved on most Annieglass items for the following fee:

• Up to 30 characters $15.00 per item. Minimum 12 pieces per SKU.
  
• More than 31 characters Please email us at orders@smmi-sales.com for a quote.
  

Aeon:
AEON can personalize nearly every book, album and many of their accessories. However, some products cannot be logo stamped due to technical issues.

Items can be personalized using silver and gold foil or a blind embossing.

• Run charge: $0.70 per piece
• Die charge: $75
• Set-up for less than 100 pieces: $50
• Minimum pieces: 50.
